Returns & Exchanges

All of my conjured and strongly spelled products take a lot of my time and spiritual energy. I am a spiritual worker and my rituals take many hours, even days to complete. There are no refunds or exchanges permitted. No exceptions. In the event that a product is damaged in transit, the client will receive a replacement upon receipt of a photograph of the damaged product.

Shipping:

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. There is a 2-3 day processing time before your items are shipped. Shipping times may vary depending on the size of the order. I strive to have your package in the mail within 2-5 business days. Many items in my shop are made-to-order which could extend this time.
